To whom is Marriage Encounter for?
Marriage Encounter is for any couple that wants to enrich their marriage. The weekend is designed to expand and deepen the joys a couple share together whether they've been married for a short time or for many years. Marriage Encounter also for priests and religous who want to revitalize their relationship with the people of God and develop an even deeper appreciation for their own vocation.
What happens at a Marriage Encounter?
An atmosphere is created on the weekend in which the couple can concentrate exclusively on one another. A team of trained couples and a Priest give a series of talks.
How Does a ME Community Enhance a Marriage?
The fundamental difference between marriages that are good, average, or poor is the level of communication between husband and wife.
Will details of our Marriage and our Dialogues be revealed in Public?
No. What spouses discuss regarding their marriage during dialogues remains private.
Can a Husband or a Wife take the ME alone?
No. Both partners are required in order to reap the benefits that ME offers.
But we already have a Good Marriage. What more can ME do?
No one has been trained for marriage; everyone makes mistakes. The only thing that stands in the way of a Great marriage is a good one.
